Temporary closure of section of Adelaide Street in Toronto

October 28, 2015

The section of Adelaide Street between Bay and Yonge Streets in downtown Toronto is fully closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic due to reports of a cracked window at a hotel in the vicinity.

Adelaide Street at that location will remain closed until the safety of pedestrians and vehicular traffic can be assured.

The City of Toronto is advising the public to take alternative routes and to avoid traveling in this area if possible.
